By accessing or using SkyTrade Pro products, website, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Services

SkyTrade Pro provides trading technology software including the AI Trading Suite, DEX/CEX automation tools, and Admin Platform. Products are licensed, not sold. Features and availability may vary by plan and deployment.

3. No Financial Advice

SkyTrade Pro does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility. We do not guarantee profitability or specific trading outcomes.

4. License & Use

Software licenses are bound to authorized hardware (HWID) and customer accounts. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

5. Account & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your broker credentials, API keys, and license keys. SkyTrade Pro support will never request your private keys, seed phrases, or exchange passwords.

6. Payment

Payment terms are governed by our Payment & Refund Policy. Product activation occurs after required payment confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkyTrade Pro is not liable for trading losses, market conditions, broker outages, or damages arising from use of our software. Software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
